A lifetime resident of Manteca, Arnold A. Rothlin “Butch” entered into rest on March 9, 2023. He was born on October 23, 1956 to the late Arnold J. and Laura Rothlin.

   Mr. Rothlin is survived by his wife Roseline Rothlin of 40 years, sister Amy Rothlin, sister-in-law and brother-in-law Tina and Robert Machado, brother-in-law Jack Oast, sister-in-law Connie Rocha, nieces and nephews, Rob Machado, Sarah Miller (Michael), Justin Machado (Lolly), Courtney Settle, Shannon Rocha and Alyx Rocha.

   Graduating in 1974 Butch attended Manteca High School where he was involved with FFA. Butch was born and raised on the family farm where hard work, ranching and farming became second nature to him; he worked alongside his wife, Roseline for 40 years. He was a member of St. Patrick’s Catholic Church and enjoyed fishing and tending to his cows. Butch will be remembered as a dedicated family man who loved his wife, sister, nieces, nephews and extended family members who loved him dearly.

    P.L. Fry and Son is honored to be serving the Rothlin family. A Rosary and Mass will be held on Thursday, March 23, 2023 at 10:00  a.m. (Mass at 10:30 a.m.) both held at 19399 CA-120, Ripon, CA.
