Dave Greene, 51, entered into rest on June 18, 2010 in Manteca. He was born November 13, 1958 Stockton, California to the late Mr. and Mrs. David and Carmel Greene.

Mr. Greene is survived by his wife of 30 years Audrey Greene of Manteca. His sons are David Greene, Christopher Greene, and Nicholas Greene all of Manteca. His siblings are Julie DeLoach of Manteca and Scott Greene of Bellingham, WA.

Dave was a lifelong resident of Manteca. He was a true outdoorsman with a passion for golfing, hunting, and fishing. Dave was a born again Christian who celebrated God’s creation in the outdoors in many ways. Dave’s friendships, many established over 25 years ago, represent his many different interests. These friendships were an integral part of his life. Dave leaves behind three sons who shared many experiences with their father that largely shaped the men they are today, they represent their father’s pride and joy. Dave and Audrey were married for 30 years and recently celebrated this milestone anniversary with friends and family. Dave’s faith was evident in the way he fought his battle with cancer, epitomizing the importance of grace and standing strong against discouragement. His family and friends will forever miss his living presence in their lives, but celebrate his passing into the care of his loving heavenly father.

Mr. Greene’s services are being handled by P.L. Fry & Son Funeral Home of Manteca. A celebration of life will be held on June 28, 2010 at 2 p.m. at Spring Creek Golf and Country Club 16436 Spring Creek Drive, Ripon, Ca.
