Elizabeth Ellen Mac Fann Tolman, born March 4th, 1945 in Elkridge, Maryland and long time resident of Manteca, Ca. for over 37 yrs has entered the gates of heaven on February 22nd, 2026. 

   She is survived by her twin sister, Midge Mac Fann Cestari (for whom she was and always will be a special and beloved friend and adventurer), her five children, Chip Tolman, Janette Tolman Brennan, Eric Tolman, Melanie Tolman and Faz Hopkins ( of which she gave so many adventures and memories ). Also her 15 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.    She had worked as a manager for the S.F. Examiner / Chronicle for over 20 years as well as the USPS and LPD in Livermore, Ca.  She had opened her home to countless renters for 30 yrs and had made many special friends with this venture, some that still refer to her as mom. Elizabeth’s kindness, generosity and love for her family and friends  will remain in the hearts that knew her. 

   Ornery to the end, and until we meet again, you will forever be remembered, loved and missed.

   P.L Fry is honored to serve Elizabeth's family. A prayer service will be held in her honor on Saturday,  March 7, 2026 at 2p.m. at P.L. Fry and Son Funeral Home, 290 N. Union Road, Manteca, CA.
