Eric Johnson, 60, entered into rest Friday, March 15, 2013 in Manteca. He was born in Escalon on November 3, 1952.  He joins his mother Patricia in heaven. He is survived by his father Wendell Johnson.

Eric leaves behind his wife of 40 years Jacquette Johnson, son, Jason Pitts and wife Christina as wells as grandbaby Tre Pitts. In addition, Eric has two surviving siblings, Steve Johnson and Chris Huff.

Eric was a loving family man, who enjoyed every minute with his family. He loved golfing, hunting, fishing, camping and attending 49er games.  He will be dearly missed by all  who knew and loved him.
