Frances Razo, 93, passed away peacefully on December 13, 2023. Born on October 10, 1930, Frances had been an integral part of the community for 60 years, known for her joyful personality,  love for her family, and  commitment to church family.

Frances is preceded in death by her husband of 68 years, Joseph, and two of their cherished granddaughters, Nina Crocker and Anita Razo. Her legacy lives on through her loving children, Donna Marenghl (Leo) , Robert Razo (Lupe), and Jeffrey Razo (Lori), as well as her numerous grandchildren, Robert Crocker, Francesca Walker, Kathrene Razo, Jennifer Razo, Stephanie Razo, Robert Joseph Razo, Erik Razo, Lena Montejo, Michelle Salazar, and her 11 great-grandchildren.

Frances' professional journey in retail began at popular stores such as Katten Marengo in Stockton, Brown-Mahin, and Mendosa's in Manteca. Her dedication and hard work were admired by both her co-workers and customers alike.  Beyond her working life, Frances devoted herself to service within the community. A faithful member of St. Anthony's Catholic Church, she served the congregation as a part of the cafeteria crew and kitchen help. She wore many hats, from den mother to committee woman for Boy Scouts Troop 432, guiding her sons and numerous others through their formative years. Her volunteer work with the Legion of Mary further demonstrated her commitment to her faith and her community.

Frances had a remarkable talent for baking, often warming hearts and homes with her delicious treats. She also enjoyed needlepoint, creating intricate creations that were as beautiful as they were heartfelt.  Above all, Frances was a devoted wife, loving mother, and doting grandmother. Her grandchildren were her world, and she poured every ounce of her love and wisdom into their lives. Frances' memory will be cherished, and she will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
