Frank “Dad” Paul Coniglio, was born on March 18, 1924, and passed away May 25, 2010.  He was 86.  Frank was a farmer for most of his career in Ripon, did all phases of building maintenance work, and was an avid tennis player.  He also served in the Army Air Force during World War II .

Dad joins his wife of 56 years, Carol Coniglio, son Steven Coniglio, and granddaughter Kristie Coniglio, in everlasting peace.  He is survived by his children, daughter Jeanie Coniglio, son Dean Coniglio and his wife Cindy, and son David Coniglio.  Dad was blessed with three more granddaughters, Sara Geer, husband Jason; and Haleigh and Katie Coniglio, mother Danette Coniglio.

Dad had a love for tennis and belonged to the Modesto and Stockton Tennis Clubs.  He was also a member of the Aridians and the Catholic Italian Association.  Dad made many wonderful and loving friends in each of these groups.

Dad will have an Honor Guard Ceremony only at the San Joaquin Valley National Cemetery in Gustine, 32053 W. McCabe Road, on July 2, 2010 at 12:30 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, rememberances may be made to the Livermore Veterans Hospital, Unit 2B Hospice Care, 4951 Arroyo Road, Livermore, CA 94550.
