Franklin John Warren, III passed away unexpectedly on April 27, 2020 at the age of 53. He was born on October 18, 1966 in Fresno, California and moved to Manteca at the age of one where he remained a longtime resident until moving to Escalon 19 years ago. He is survived by his wife, Kathy (Hedberg) of 30 years and three sons, Franklin IV, Brian and Nicolas. Other immediate surviving relatives include mother Janett Manuse of Columbia, CA, sister Ronda Gunderson of Manteca, brother Robert Warren of Columbia, CA, nieces Glenda Gunderson and Jennie Gunderson, nephew Glen Gunderson. He was predeceased by his father, Franklin John Warren, Jr. Frank graduated from Manteca High School in 1985, after which he went to trade school for heating and air conditioning. He and Kathy started their business, Warren’s Heat & Air, in 1994. They truly made it a family business where all three sons began to learn the business straight out of high school and continue to follow in their father’s footsteps to this day. As soon as each of his sons were old enough to play t-ball, the family spent baseball season after baseball season at the fields. It was a time for grandparents and other family members to gather and watch the boys progress up through the several levels of ball as they went through their school years. Other spare time was spent fishing, camping and water sports. Frank was certainly a family man. He was kindhearted and quick witted and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him. P.L. Fry & Son Funeral Home is honored to serve the Warren family. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. An online condolence book is available at www.plfryandson.com
