Born in Cortland, NY, on June 22, 1957, Jay Charles Hoag went to be with the Lord on February 3, 2014. He was a beloved husband, father, brother, son and uncle. He is survived by his wife, Becky Hoag and stepson, Andrew Bartlett, his children, Finlay Hoag, Neil (Markail) Hoag, Daniel (Lauren) Hoag, Casey Hoag and their mother, Connie Hoag.
