Jean was born in Akron, OH, where she met the love of her life, her husband, Win Wendell. They moved to the Bay area where they raised their three children, Deborah, Ed, and Kelly. Jean and Win enjoyed more than 50 years of marriage before he passed in 2002.
   Everyone who knew Jean understood her love for family and friends. She will be truly missed.
   She is survived by her daughter, Deborah Hockaday (Dave), son Ed Wendell (Ruby), son Kelly Wendell (Sandra), nine grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
   Services will be held on Friday, July 22, 2016 at
