Jerrie Louise Dundee
July 25, 1942 - June 4, 2013

   Jerrie Louise (Meck) Dundee, a retired licensed vocational nurse, passed peacefully in her Manteca  home on June 4, 2013. Her children and grandchildren were by her side. She was 70.
   Jerrie was born on July 25, 1942 in Pittsburg, Kansas. She was a native of Girard, Kansas. She  and her husband Michael moved to California in 1974. She worked in all facets of nursing. Her role as a care giver spilled over into her private life as well, always loving and helping with her six grandchildren.
   She is preceded in death by her parents Mildred (Mills) Meck and Leo Meck, her husband of 51 years Michael Lee Dundee Jr., her son Michael Louis, one nephew Brian Fox and one great nephew Scotty Bitner.
    She is survived by her children Mickey L. Dundee and his wife Irene, Marie L. Dundee, Angela J. Dundee,  grandchildren Roby J. Galbraith Jr, Dylan Dundee, Christina M. Dundee, Katelyn Dundee, Tylor M. Sheats, grandchildren R.J., Dylan, Christina, Katelyn, Tylor, and Mickey Ray, siblings Wilda Pentola of Farlington, KS, Peggy Marshall of Girard, KS, Nick Meck of Chicago, IL, Richard Meck of Topeka, KS, and 18 nieces and nephews and 31 great nieces and nephews.
   Funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 27, 2013 at 1:00, at Park View Cemetery & Funeral Home, 3661 E. French Camp Road, Manteca, CA 95336.
A celebration of her life  will follow until 6pm,  at The Emory Hall, 1028 W. Yosemite Ave., Manteca.
