Joan Emma George, age 75, passed away on September 20, 2016 in Ripon CA.  Joan was born in Lodi, CA. on March 5, 1941 to Emma and Jacob Moser as the youngest of three children. Joan grew up in Lodi graduating from Lodi High School in 1959. She worked at Diamond Walnut in Stockton, CA. Joan was a lot of fun and had a great spirit. She always loved to laugh with her friends and family. She also loved traveling to local casinos and going to Lake Tahoe. She will be remembered as a loving wife, sister, mother and grandmother, and one of the “Moser Girls.”
   She is preceded in death by her sister Irene Baffoni. Mrs. George is survived by her loving husband of 25 years Raymond George, son, Michael von Flue, step daughters, Julie Brooks, Karen George, and Diane George. She was blessed with three grandchildren; Chelsee, Aiden and Josh. In addition, Joan has one surviving sister Ruth Halsey. She will be deeply missed.
