Lisa Dawn Mora, born on March 22, 1959, passed away on February 18, 2024.    She leaves behind a legacy of love and is survived by her devoted husband of 47 years, Robert Mora, her daughter Kristin Mora, sister Angela Tanghal, and brother John Williams. Lisa is also fondly remembered by her nieces and nephews; Ariel Merich, Alexander Tanghal, Zachary Williams, Ashlyn Tangal, Andrew Tanghal, Ava Tanghal, Jennifer Lemmons, and Valerie Mendoza, along with her great-nieces and nephews.

   Lisa was preceded in death by her parents, Alfred Williams, Dana Courtney, and Janice Williams, as well as her nephew Michael Mora, sister Johnna Allen, and in-laws Jess and Janice Mora.

   Lisa, a cherished member of the Manteca community, proudly graduated from East Union High School in the Class of '77. Continuing her educational journey, she earned a degree from Cal State University, Stanislaus. Lisa's lifelong commitment to education unfolded as she began her career as a preschool teacher, eventually blossoming into a dedicated elementary teacher at Weston Elementary School in Ripon. Her impact on countless students was a testament to her genuine passion for teaching.  Beyond her professional pursuits, Lisa embraced life with enthusiasm. Her adventurous spirit led her to relish moments like snorkeling in Hawaii and indulging in the magic of Broadway shows. Lisa's infectious spirit was marked by a willingness to explore new horizons, coupled with a delightful sense of humor and spunk that defined her approach to life. Those close to her will forever cherish memories of her sassy personality and the boundless love she shared with those fortunate enough to be in her circle.  Lisa's absence leaves a void that will be deeply felt by family and friends, yet her legacy endures. As a devoted teacher and vibrant soul, she has left an indelible mark on the hearts of all those she touched.  May Lisa rest in peace, her spirit continuing to inspire and uplift those who were privileged to know her.

   P.L. Fry and Son Is honored to serve the Mora family. A celebration of life will be held in her honor on Saturday, March 2nd at P.L. Fry and Son Funeral Home, 290 North Union Road, Manteca, CA.
