Lucky Baldwin, born, Floyd Martin Baldwin, October 29, 1926, passed away, Easter Sunday, March 31, 2013, he was 86.

He came to Manteca with his family from Kansas in 1942. He is preceded in death by his parents, three sisters and two daughters Shirley Jean and Debbie Bladwin and son Bobby Baldwin. He is survived by son James Lucky Baldwin of Manteca, one granddaughter, two great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.

Lucky has been a local Livestock Auctioneer for 67 years. He was employed by Modesto Livestock Auction for 59 years. He owned rental property in and around Manteca since 1950. He was the original owner of the property on North Main Street, where the Moose Lodge, Orchard Supply and the Cardoza Shopping Center is today. He resided at his home on Brunswick Road over 40 years, where he had rental property and raised reg. suffolk sheep.

P.L. Fry and Son is honored to serve the Baldwin family. Visitation for Mr. Baldwin will be held on Wednesday, April 10, 2013 from 1:00pm-5:00pm at P.L. Fry, 290 North Union Road, Manteca. Services will be held on Thursday, April 11, 2013 at 10:00am at P.L. Fry. He will be laid to rest at Parkview Cemetery, 3661 East French Camp Road, French Camp, CA.
