   Marjorie Mary (Havens) VanBuskirk was born April 15, 1921 in Pasadena, CA. She passed away on June 10, 2013 at the age of 92, in Manteca, CA.  Marjorie met her husband of 67 years, Lee VanBuskirk, in her hometown at the age of 17.   For 52 years, they lived happily in Manteca, CA.
   Marjorie received an associate of the arts degree from Pasadena City College.  After college, she worked as a clerk, a bookkeeper, and a librarian, as well as raised two sons.  She volunteered as Pink Lady at Doctor’s Hospital for over 20 years. Marjorie VanBuskirk was especially known for her great love, devotion, patience and service to God, to her family, and all whom she met in her lifetime.  There was not a mean or angry bone in her being.  She always forgave. 
   She is survived by her soulmate and husband Lee VanBuskirk, her son Robert VanBuskirk (Debbie VanBuskirk) of Modesto, CA, her son John VanBuskirk (Maria VanBuskirk) of Fresno, CA, and her three grandchildren.      There will be a Memorial Service held for Marjorie on Monday, June 17, 2013 at 11:00 AM at St. Mary the Virgin Anglican Church at 1060 Cottage Ave. in Manteca, Ca 95336.
