Mary Galli Burns, aged 85, passed on at Hospice House in Stockton, CA due to Hodgkin’s Lymphoma surrounded by her children on August 4, 2011. She was the beloved mother of Charles King and Jim King (Sheila) of Antioch, CA and Julia Galli Berg (Alan) of Manteca, CA grand-mother of Laura Berg of Manteca, CA and sister to Allen Reed (Arleen) of Victorville, CA. She was predeceased by her husband Julio Galli, her son Jon Galli and grandson Jeff King, both of Antioch, CA. Mary was born in Ardmore, OK and came to California with her mother, Vera, when she was 16 years old. She worked for Stanley Home Products for many years as a demonstrator and then a manager.
