Patrick Stephen McGinnis, 59, passed away on August 5, 2018 in Stockton, California. Patrick was born to John and Barbara McGinnis on November 22, 1959 in Ottawa, Illinois. In 1962, his parents relocated with him and his brother Robert McGinnis to California, first to Modesto in 1962 then finally settling in Manteca in 1969.
