Raymond A Brooks, 71, entered into rest on August 20, 2015.  Born May 18, 1944, in Oakland, CA.
   He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Deborah Brooks; son Michael, daughter Michelle, daughter-in-law Amy.  His grandchildren, Kayla Hill (Chris), Elanah and Justin Brooks and great grandchildren, Aiden and Brennan Hill.  A nephew, Merle Dasher.
   Ray enjoyed cars and motor sports, casino trips, playing cards, traveling in his motor home and spending time with his family and friends.  He was a hard worker with an amazing sense of humor, and a very kind and loving man who always put his family first.
   Arrangements have been entrusted to Deegan Funeral Chapels.  A memorial service is scheduled for Tuesday, August 25, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at Ripon Free Methodist Church. 
   In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Raymond’s name  to the ASPCA or your local animal shelter.
