Rebecca Ann (Blair) Williams of Manteca, CA passed away on February 3rd, 2024. Rebecca or as she preferred to be called “Becki” was born in Kansas on October 28, 1946. Becki was the oldest of four children born to Lawrence and Marjorie (Markey) Blair.
