Richard Lee Rathert, 76 entered into rest on Sunday, surrounded by loving family members.

Richard was born in Oakland CA in 1936 and primarily worked in sales his adult life.

Richard was a man who never asked for help but was always there to help you! He loved his family, friends, fishing, drawing, watching movies, football and family parties. He was once asked, if you could re-visit any age what age would you choose and why? He answered, "probably about 35 because your old enough to have experience and confidence but not to old -TO ENJOY IT."

He is survived by his first and only love Carlene, whom he instantly fell in love with her and her beautiful smile, 55 years ago while on a blind date. He will be sadly missed by his loving daughter Ronda Lee and son Richard (Lance) Rathert, his brothers Paul Rathert and Duane Rathert. Richard (Pop) also leaves behind five grandchildren, Rachelle Lee, Nikki Lee, Richard (Jason), Richard & Candice and two great grandchildren Amber Lee and Ashlyn.

He is already incredibly missed and his love lives on in each one of our hearts!

We love you Richard, Dad, Daddy 'o, Pop!
