Robert Frank Chaffee was born in Susanville, California on March 4, 1938 to the late Harry and Gertrude Chaffee. Robert is preceded in death by his older siblings, Katherine Chaffee, George Chaffee, Velma Hamilton and William Chaffee. Robert is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Jo Ann, and his sons, Michael and Ron Chaffee.
