Robert G. Silva, 81, entered into rest July 9, 2015.  He was  born on April 2, 1934 in Manteca, CA.
   He was preceded in death by his parents Manual George Silva and Loretta V. Silva, sisters; Evelyn Silva, Gertrude Silva, Bernadine Limas, and one brother Donald E. Silva.
   Robert leaves behind two surving sisters, Corlene Stout and Judith A. DeRuyter both from Manteca.
   Robert was a Ripon High graduate, he joined the Air Force and was honorably discharged in 1957.  Robert enjoyed gardening and working with electronics.
   He will be honored with a service on Friday, July 17, 2015 at 3 p.m. Salas Brothers Funeral Chapel in Modesto, CA.
