Born on February 19, 1943, Ronald Nascimento, 79, entered into rest on December 12, 2022 in Manteca, Ca.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Louis and Lena Nascimento, his first wife of over 40 years Ruth Nascimento, his two children Timothy and Lani Nascimento and his brother Richard Nascimento.
Mr. Nascimento is survived by his wife of 11 years Kathleen Nascimento, daughter Tami DeCosta (Rick), step-daughter Shelbe Rhodes (Rick) grandchildren LeeAnne Cardoza (Johnny), Step-grandchild Iris Alacard and great-grandchild Preslee Cardoza.
Ronald was affectionately known as Ronnie by his family and friends. He was a lifetime resident of Manteca and worked as a Carpenter for over 35 years where he was a member of the Carpenter’s Union local 152. Ronnie was an out-doors-man; he loved fishing camping and hunting. He enjoyed weekly games of Bingo with his wife, Kathleen at the EL Rancho Community Club House. Ronnie was a huge racing fan; he loved NASCAR where his favorite driver was Kyle Larson. Thought-out the years Ronnie and his son-in-law Rick were involved in Modified Midget Racing where Ronnie worked as a Crew Chief while his son-in-law competed. Above all, Ronnie was a family man, his devotion was like no other, he always included immediate and extended family in all events and get-togethers, he loved each of them unconditionally. Ronnie will be remembered for his witty funny personality and the love he portrayed towards others. He will be deeply missed by all who loved and cared for him.

Visitation will be on Monday, December 19, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. followed by a celebration of life at 11:00 a.m. located at P.L .Fry and Son Chapel, 290 N. Union Rd., Manteca, Ca. He will be laid to rest at St. John’s Cemetery, 17871 S. Carrolton Rd., Escalon, Ca.
