Rosario (Roy) Garcia was born March 4, 1941 and was called home on July 28, 2012.

He is survived by his wife Robin and children Nancy, Anthony (Roxy), Rosario (Vicky), Joaquin (Dona), Richard (Josie) and Vincent. Roy is also survived by siblings, Antonia Garcia (Richard), Jennie Ortega (Rudy), Herlinda Hernandez (Hector) and Victoria Payan. Roy was blessed with 21 grandchildren, four great grandchildren, serveral nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by, parents Juan and Aurora Garcia, in-laws John and Fran Howard, brother Marcelo Martinez, brother-in-law Ralph Payan, sister-in-law Dianne Cohee.

Roy was a devoted husband, grandfather and friend. He was the men's

rehab Pastor as well at the Prodigal sons Pastor at Christian, Worship Center  and in Manteca, Roy was the founder of the "Barn" through Christian Worship Center and devoted his time to prison ministry. Roy enjoyed riding his Harley with his wife and friends and also enjoyed gathering  monthly with his friends "Tracy Southside Partners" group for breakfast.

Roy touched so many lives with his love and kindness and will be

sincerely missed.

Arrangements for Mr. Garcia are under the direction of P.L. Fry and Son Funeral Home. A Celebration of his beautiful life will be held at Christian Worship Center, 786
