Verna Fay Lowder, passed on peacefully on Friday, September 22, 2017 surrounded by her loving family. Verna was born on February 16, 1930, in Ashland, Nebraska, to Cora and Roy. She lived in San Jose most of her adult life where she and her husband, Phil Lowder, owned and operated Piedmont Vacuum Center for 22 years.
