Victoria Ann Jeffers, born on April 11, 1952, in Florida, entered into rest on March 29, 2014, in Manteca, CA. She is survived by her loving husband of 42 years, William Jeffers. She has three daughters, Amber Bettincourt, Aimee Jeffers and Sabrina Shrontz. She was blessed by four grandchildren; Gregory Miller; Amorette Jeffers; Rahne Shrontz; and Kaitlynn Shrontz.
