Wilhelmina “Willy” Marie Parsons, 58, passed away peacefully on November 24th, 2023 in Stockton. Willy was born on December 26, 1964 in Madera, CA to

parents, Ted and Ann DeHoop. She has been a resident of Ripon for the past 56 years.

   Willy graduated from Ripon High School, class of 1983. She worked hard to get her Master’s degree and finally became a licensed marriage family therapist. She loved everyone and had a smile that lit up the room. Willy had a strong relationship with God; she loved her church and was a woman of strong faith. She will be remembered for her generosity, and her positive, uplifting attitude. She brought peace to everyone that knew her.  

   Willy leaves behind her husband of 32 years, Loren Parsons, her parents and her children, Joseph Parsons, Renee Graham (Phillip) and her step-children, Jennifer Razo (Adrian) and Jeff Parsons (Geney). Willy also leaves behind her siblings, Ted DeHoop, Jr. and Terry Wilson (Harlan). Willy was also expecting a grandchild in 2024.    Willy is preceded in death by her nephew, Tyler Wilson.

   Deegan Funeral Chapel is honored to serve the Parsons family. A visitation is

scheduled for Friday, December 1, from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Deegan Ripon Memorial Chapel. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 2, at 11:00 a.m. at Ripon House of Praise Church. Cards and/or donations may be made to Renee Graham; 20900 S. 99 Frontage Road, Ripon, CA 95366.
