William C. Neal passed away at the age of 80 in Manteca on Thursday, Dec. 23, 2010. He was born on August 23, 1930. He leaves behind his children, Gail Dorothy Neal, William Timothy Neal and Robert John Neal; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
William has joined his wife of 54 years, Dorothy, whom passed away in 2005. They are back together in God’s presence. Our loving parents will be truly missed.
