Dean Uecker is scheduled to become the next mayor for the City of Ripon. This is based on a rotational formula among City Council members that was implemented as an ordinance several years ago. Uecker, who was previously vice mayor, will again fill the seat of mayor at Tuesday’s 6 p.m. open session in the Council Chambers, 259 N. Wilma Ave. Prior to that, Daniel de Graaf, Leo Zuber and Jake Parks are scheduled to take the oath of office after being declared winners of the November elections.
