Day 162

I did not want to get up today. After a long weekend at work it was a true struggle to even get out of bed. I made it to work right on time and just felt the day could not end quick enough. Once the day was over I went straight home to get a quick nap in before going to the gym. I got in a great workout, as usual, but then rushed home to shower and get a few more hours of sleep before going back into work, once again, at 10.

Day 163

Another graveyard shift continues into staying at work until 2 once again. As soon as I was off I went home and straight to bed I went. I woke up around 5 and finally realized how much sleep I haven’t got because I had no idea where I was. When I finally got a grip on reality I started to get ready to go to the gym where I got in a good speed ladder/cardio workout. That is how I ended my night.

Day 164

SLEEP!!

That is exactly what I did. Once I woke up my first stop was CORE. I did not feel like I got a productive workout in because of both of my hamstrings being very sore and tight to where it was actually painful to walk. After the gym I went to my grandparents’ with my fiancé where we took my little brother swimming for a little while. I then went back home to get some rest before I had to go back to work the next day.

Day165

Another day spent at work and nothing out of the ordinary. Went to work then the gym then home to get a full nights rest.

Day 166

Friday at last. That  means frisby time. When I arrived at CORE the parking lot was full. Looked like a lot of people chose to come to the 10:30 class to start off their weekend a little early. After a fun but crowded game I went straight home to meal prep then get ready for work.

Day 177

Happy Fourth of July! My plans well it is the weekend so that meant work. 16 hour, eventful, but long day at work.

Day 178

My whole day was spent at work then I rushed home to get as much rest as possible before going back to work in the morning.
