The Lancers roll into the rivalry showdown riding a three-match winning streak and a four-game victory (25-23, 16-25, 25-19, 25-15) over visiting Gustine. They will play their third contest in as many nights.

Monica King was EU’s top player, as she pounded 11 kills and picked up 22 digs. Regina Dias contributed seven kills of her own and 16 digs. Carolina Guiterrez registered 19 assists. Courtney Posz finished with 10 service points, two of which went for aces.

East Union enters its first VOL match of the season with an 11-2-2 nonleague mark.
