The owners of Stadium Retail Center anchored by Kohl’s Department Store are seeking Manteca Planning Commission approval to build a 12,800-square-foot building with two suites.

The location is near the water feature and east of Chili’s Restaurant. The water feature, by the way, has rarely been on since it was installed more than five years ago due to requirements that when the wind blows above a certain speed it doesn’t operate.

The Manteca Planning Commission meets Tuesday, March 24, at 7 p.m. at the civic center.
