LATHROP — Lathrop’s Relay for Life is having a Bunco Night fund-raiser Friday, June 25, at Lathrop High School starting at 7 p.m.
The high school is at the far west end of Lathrop Road on the west side of Interstate 5.
Tickets are $15 each which includes food, drinks, and a chance to win one of the many gifts that will be raffled off.
“Instead of sitting home watching reruns on television, come on out, socialize, have some fun and laughs, food and drinks, and support a cause that will help find a cure for a disease that affects everyone, young and old,” said Steve Dresser of the Lathrop Relay for Life.
Those who don’t know how to play Bunco will have this opportunity to get introduced to it.
“Bunco is easy to learn, and from the look on the faces of those that attend, it is loads of fun, so come on out, take a break from the recession and have some laughs, which is good for your health,” added Dresser.
