Seventy-six eighth grade students at New Haven Elementary School will be moving on to high school.
The Class of 2018 were recognized Tuesday in the Lincoln Elementary School Multi-Purpose Building for meeting all the necessary requirements for promotions.
David O’Leary, New Haven’s long-time principal, led the exercises while welcoming those in attendance.
Included were family, friends, teachers, administrators, staff and special guests — Manteca Unified school board President Stephen Schuler and Director II Dante Alvarez, among the notables.
