Darlene Hackett Nies Rhetts, age 77, passed away March 28, 2021. She was born May 16,1943 in Ceres to Fred and Tammer Hackett. Darlene married Hank Nies in 1968. Sadly, in 1972 Hank passed away. In 1984 Darlene married Charles Rhetts Jr.
He preceded her in death in 2001. Darlene loved being a mother and grandmother. She also loved sewing, crafting, cooking, and Elvis Presley music.
Darlene was a loving example of a wonderful woman. She loved life, her family and friends, and most of all, the Lord.
Darlene is survived by her children, Toby Nies, Todd Nies, and Trisha and Brad Hickman along with six grand children and two great-grandchildren.
