Darlyn Rae Bristow passed away in Lodi on October 19, 2010 at the age of 73. Born to Mary and Edmond Leach in Stockton on January 23, 1937, Darlyn remained a resident of San Joaquin County most of her life. She worked as a Primerica Agent for over 22 years, and enjoyed crocheting, knitting, crossword puzzles, and playing Yahtzee and Scrabble. Darlyn enjoyed spending time with family and loved hosting parties for family and friends.

She is survived by her children: Theodore Robert Bristow Jr. of HI, Timothy Bristow (Lori) of Salida, Tracey K. Bristow (Donna) of Stockton, Dene’ Cherie Estes (Byron) of Lodi, 9 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Theodore Robert Bristow Sr. in 1996, and her infant daughter, Deanna Lynn Bristow, who passed away in 1960.

A memorial service to celebrate Darlyn’s life will take place at 2 p.m. on Thursday, October 28, 2010 at the Chapel of Flowers at Cherokee Memorial Park, Highway 99 at E. Harney Lane in Lodi.
