Florence Semas, 92, entered into rest on July 22, 2015 in Manteca, Ca. She was born on May 6, 1923 in Oakley, Cato the late Artuto and Valencia Sanchez. She is preceded in death by her parents as well as her husband Manuel Semas.

Florence is survived by her loving family sons; Melvin Richard Semas and Ronnie Paul Semas and one sister Mary Cortese.

Florence made her home in Manteca for over 80 years. She graduated from Manteca High School and worked at the local cannery and Sharps Army Depot during WWII. Florence had a fun loving personality as she found peace tending to her gardening, she was especially proud of the bloom of her roses and orchids. She will be remembered as a loving mother and a devoted wife. She will be missed.

She will be laid with her beloved husband at Sacramento Valley Veterans Cemetery- Dixon, on Tuesday, August 11, 2015 at 11:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers donations can be sent to a charity of choice.
