Hazel Hickman, age 88, passed away Sunday, January. 5, 2014.
She was born in Glencoe, OK, to parents Roy and Elsie Skidgel. She lived in Stockton for 50 years, previously in Escalon for 17 years.
Hazel was a loving wife for 66 years to the late Marvin Hickman.
   She will always be remembered for her loving kindness to her family and friends, her love for her Lord, her sweet way of sharing her love through her amazing God given ability to write poetry and her soft gentle songs she loved to sing.
   Mrs. Hickman is survived by her children; Mickey and Sharon Hickman of Ripon, CA, Judith and Otis Campbell of Ripon, CA, Janice and John Feiling of Lincoln, CA, Marilyn and Jerry House of Turlock, CA, and Jerry Hickman of Santa Rosa, CA.
   She is preceded in death by five brothers and survived by two siblings Vina Mae Pogue of Las Cruces, NM, and Jane Moffitt of Tulsa, OK, 13 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
   A grave side service will be held January 18, 2014 at Burwood Cemetery at 10 am.    In lieu of flowers, remembrances can be made to Hospice of San Joaquin County, 3888 Pacific Ave, Stockton CA 95204.
