Janet Berg, 64, entered into rest on September 25, 2012 in Ripon, CA. She was born on August 30, 1948 in Berkley, CA. She is preceded in death by her father Marshall Moore.

Mrs. Berg is survived by her mother Marie Moore, her loving husband of 40 years Leonard Berg, daughter Nicole Massey (Jason) and son Bryan Berg (Sharekia). She was blessed by two grandchildren Carynn Moll and Bryanna Moll. Her siblings are Robyn Moore, Sherry Salas, and Donald Moore.

Janet retired after 25 years from Franzia Winery as a machine operator. After retirement Janet decided to go back to school to pursue a second career with teaching elementary school. After  graduation Janet worked for MUSD as a substitute teacher for over 4 years. She enjoyed shopping and going to 49er and Giants games with her husband. She loved family get-togethers and just spending quality time with her grandchildren. Janet took pride in taking care of her family, as she always wanted the best of each of them. She was a great mom and an amazing grandmother. Janet will be remembered for her feisty personality, her loving heart and her loyalty to others. She will be missed by all who knew her.
