John entered into peace on February 8, 2013 at home with his loving wife and four children by his side. Beloved husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. He is survived by his wife, Myrna, of 55 years, son John Jr, daughters Keri, Teri and Keli and enjoyed time with his 11 grandchildren and two great grandsons.

John was born and raised in Seattle, WA and moved to Fremont, CA in 1966 where he raised his family and retired from a 50 year truck driving career. He moved to Manteca, CA where he enjoyed his retirement playing golf, bowling, senior center activities and spending time with his family. He was known and loved for his sense of humor.

A heartfelt thank you to Kaiser physician Eh Mu and Optimal Hospice staff.

Celebration of life will be held Saturday, February 16th at his home from 12:00pm-3:00pm.
