Lois Ruth Page passed away on March 28, 2024 in Oceanside, California. She is reunited in Heaven with her husband of 69 years, Glenn Page who passed away in 2019.  Lois was born on August 28, 1933 in White Lake, South Dakota to the late Charles and Christina Steffen. 

   Lois is survived by her daughter, Kelley (Tim) Tucker, her grandchildren; Charles White, Desiree White, Kaylee Page, Tim Tucker, Kristi Tucker and Brenna Tomlinson. Lois and Glenn were blessed with five great-grandchildren: Ashton Tomlinson, Caden Tomlinson, Marlee Inwood, Kent Clark and Maddox White. Lois is preceded in death by her son, Kent Lee Page and her brothers Erwin, Elmer, Herbert, Leroy. Marvin and sisters Gladys, Loretta and Norma.

   Lois grew up in White Lake, South Dakota and moved to Pueblo, Colorado after she and Glenn were married. She and Glenn lived there twenty years where Lois worked as a Dental Assistant. They moved to California in 1976. She worked at the Manteca Chamber of Commerce for ten years and at Yosemite Realty for 10 years. Her next venture was Owner/Operator of “Swirlies” (which is now BBQ From The Curb). She then purchased and operated Trim-n-Tone.

Lois enjoyed walking and doing crafts and in her spare time she volunteered as the Secretary of the Manteca Historical Society and has been on their Board since it was organized. She has also been involved with the Manteca Christmas Parade Committee, Community Prayer Breakfast committee, Mayors Committee On the Arts, Secretary of Christian Education Committee at the United Lutheran Church, Lathrop Senior Center, Delta Blood Bank, Friends of the Library and AARP.  Lois was also a member of S.H.A.R.P. and enjoyed being a part of the RUOK Program.

   P.L. Fry & Son Funeral Home is honored to serve the Page family.  Lois will be laid to rest with her husband on Tuesday, May 7, 2024 at 11:30 a.m. at San Joaquin Valley National Cemetery. An online guestbook is available at www.plfryandson.com
