Noel M. Hall, 50, went to be with Jesus on October 21, 2016 in Dallas, Texas after a sudden illness.  Noel was born in Kentucky to parents Doug and Joanne Hall. She spent her childhood in Manteca and graduated from Manteca High School in 1984. Noel attended San Joaquin Delta College and California State University, Sacramento, and Stanislaus.  She worked at the US Marshals Service in Manteca before moving to Portland, Oregon where she lived for 17 years.  For the past two years, she worked at Larry Huch Ministries in Irving, Texas.
   Noel was predeceased by her grandparents Joe and Isabel Simas and uncle John Simas.  She is survived by her parents in Manteca, as well as her brother Tony and sister-in-law Gina of Stockton.  She is also survived by her nephew Jonathon, uncle Ted and aunt Rita Simas of Manteca, and her aunt Gwen Simas of Riverbank.  She also leaves a host of dear cousins, friends and extended family members.
   Noel loved the beach, going to Disneyland, and sharing God’s love with others.  Her life motto was “The best is yet to come.” 
   A celebration of her life will be on October 25, 2016 at Forest Ridge Funeral Home in Hurst, Texas.  Her interment at Mount Olivet Cemetery in Fort Worth, Texas will be private.  Memorial donations may be made to New Beginnings Christain Center in Irving, Texas.
