Thelma Blanche DeSelle, 98, peacefully passed away on October 5, 2016. She was born on October 29, 1917 in Medicine Hat Alberta, Canada. She now joins her loving husband in heaven, Ervin James DeSelle.
   Thelma leaves behind her children Jim DeSelle (Charlotte) and Jack DeSelle (Sharon), her grandchildren Kevin, Matt, Nicki, Shelly, Shannon, seven great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. Thelma moved to Gilroy at a young age, and in 1937 she moved to Ripon, married the love of her life, and together they had their two sons Jim and Jack. After retiring, she and her husband spent much time crafting together. They loved to craft toys, doll clothes, and she even loved to sew. She also enjoyed camping with her family and friends. Thelma adored her family. Her grandchildren brought her true happiness. She loved to sit and talk with them as often as possible. She will be sorely missed.            Arrangements have been entrusted to Deegan Ripon Memorial Chapel. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 13, at 1 p.m. at Ripon Cemetery.
