Twilla Dee Galapon, 56, passed away on Thursday, August 20, 2009 in Stockton. She was born in Pleasanton, CA, on March 7, 1953 to Thor Cole Jr. and Jean Stettnicks.

A homemaker and resident of Manteca for 29 years, she leaves behind her loving husband of 38 years, Dennis Galapon of Manteca; four children, Trina Melchert Vaezi of Modesto, Kristi Galapon and Chris Galapon, both of Manteca, and Shanee Galapon of Washington; seven grandchildren, Jessica Uballe, Amanda Uballe, Aundre Foss Galapon, Noah Galapon, Joe Galapon, Julian Gonzales, and Ariana Vaezi; and one great-grandchild. She is also survived by her siblings Connie Solis and Renee’ Ortega, both of Manteca, Kelly Ellifritz of Murphys, Randy Cole and Ricky Cole both of Modesto.

Twilla was a kind-hearted, giving and loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, grandmother, and friend. She loved making crafts and keepsake gifts for her family and friends. She will be greatly remembered for her laugh and unconditional heart. Twilla will be sorely missed by all those that knew her. May she rest with the Angels.
