Day 8

Another day started off right. I was up early for work and started my day off with some oatmeal and eggs before going to work. Throughout the day I continued to eat healthy with Greek yogurt, an apple, veggies and chicken. When going to the gym I trained by doing back and bicep exercises finishing the day with cardio. I ended my day with a taco salad consisting of a spring mix black beans and ground turkey.

Day 9

I kept to the same regimen eating healthy and eating early. Same snacks as the previous day and I had weaponless defense training for work so I started my day off active. My workout consisted on training chest, triceps and some stomach followed by cardio to wrap up the workout.

Day 10

I spent today by sleeping in after a long work week. After I woke up I started my day off by making eggs before I went to my workout. It was leg day and a tough one at that. After I finished all my leg workouts I followed that up with some ab work. The rest of my day dealt in preparing my food for the following days.

Day 11

This was the hardest day of the week for me. I was bored most of the day and wanted to reach in the cupboard for junk food on several occasions. I was able to stay way and filled the day’s diet with the sake healthy foods and had some walnuts to curb my appetite. At the gym I trained on shoulder work and finished with cardio.

Day 12

I started my day off at the gym. All cardio and a short ab workout. After the gym I prepared a healthy chili for work along with some veggies. I finished my day at work and keeping productive throughout the day.

Day 13

Today wasn’t a very exciting day for me. I worked a 16-hour day and just had to focus on my diet for the day. Keeping to my broccoli, chicken, tilapia, and my normal snacks.

Day 14

I started my day off with a light jog before I went home to make breakfast. After breakfast I decided to go grocery shopping for the weeks ahead. I stocked up on my meats, eggs,  yogurts and vegetables. After I was done shopping it was time for work so no workout for me on this day.
