Garcia hits two homers as San Jose tops Stockton

SAN JOSE (AP) — Aramis Garcia hit a pair of homers, leading the San Jose Giants to a 12-4 win over the Stockton Ports on Monday.

Bryan Reynolds and Dillon Dobson also homered for the Giants.

Garcia hit a solo shot in the fourth inning off Boomer Biegalski and then hit a two-run homer in the fifth off Joey Wagman.

San Jose starter Mark Reyes (4-9) picked up the win despite allowing four runs and eight hits over 6 2/3 innings. Opposing starter Brendan Butler (1-2) took the loss in the California League game after giving up five runs and six hits over 2 2/3 innings.

Sandber Pimentel homered and singled for the Ports.
