With the Lancers (1-6 VOL, 10-13 overall) struggling to stay in the game trailing 27-15 at halftime, the Raiders (6-1, 16-7) put it away with a 22-6 third quarter that began with a 3-point basket followed by a three-point play.

“Central played really well tonight,” East Union coach James Ward said. “We tried to make them beat us from the outside and they did – I think they had nine 3-pointers.

“They jumped us at the beginning of the third quarter and from there we were scrambling to catch up.”

Parm Khattra led the Lancers with 10 points and Christian Cuevas added eight points.
