Vinny Diaz led the Manteca Jr. Buffaloes to a 26-13 win over the Tracy Buccaneers on Saturday in avenging an earlier season loss to the Buccaneers and to the third straight Central Valley Youth Football and Cheer Super Bowl victory at Stagg High in Stockton.
