STOCKTON — The Stockton 99 Speedway ends its 76th season of racing Saturday with a new No. 1 in the Stockton Late Model division alongside fireworks and trailer racing.

The best Stockton Late Model, Fast Kar Solution Mini Modified and Grand American Modified drivers flock to Stockton for a double points night. They’re joined by the Nor Cal Dwarf Cars, NCMA Sprint Car Series and boat trailer action. Once the dust settles, fireworks light the night.

Escalon’s Sammy Solari leads the Stockton Late Model standings as he has all season long. Solari remains 19 points ahead of 2022 champion JoJo Stearns of Stockton entering the finale.

A wreck in the last Fast Kar Solutions Mini Modifieds feature all but delivered Fresno driver Patrick Geiger the title. Geiger’s closest points competitor, Freddy Irvin, tagged the wall on lap 13, ending the Modesto native’s evening and allowing Geiger to strengthen his series lead.

The Grand American Modifieds series saw Sacramento’s own Calvin Hejge win most recently. The victory helped Hejge close within nine points of defending champ Scott Winters of Tracy.

Nor Cal Dwarf Cars Association also join the program with 2025 title winner Dylan Shrum of Lincoln as the headline. Shrum is fresh off sweeping the Todd Damron Twin 25s at Petaluma Speedway.

In addition, the Quick Change Liquid Energy NCMA Sprint Car Series will crown its 2025 champion. Fair Oaks native and 10-time USAC champion, Tony Hunt, sits atop the standings.

Pit gates open at 4 p.m. and admission gates at 5 p.m. Opening ceremonies begin at 6 p.m. with weekly division, trailer racing and fireworks to follow.
