The Manteca Jr. Buffaloes were leading over the visiting Lodi Jr. Flames 28-0 with seven minutes left in the game when it was called due to punches being thrown in the Central Valley Youth Football and Cheer varsity contest at Guss Schmiedt Field.
Vinny Diaz (11 carries, 74 yards) led the Manteca offense with an 8-yard touchdown run, an 11-yard touchdown catch from Brach Carabello (seven completions, 113 yards passing) and a 75-yard punt return for a touchdown. John Ellis scored on a 1-yard run and Navi Murillo contributed 48 yards on four carries and 44 yards on three receptions.
Diaz and Grant Catalano tallied five stops apiece, Ellis (interception),
Aizen English, Israel Juarez, Grayson Keller and Kristian Miranda four apiece.
Manteca Cowboys 39, Riverbank Outlaws 20
Aiden Howe scored three touchdowns for the Cowboys, and Jack Coenenberg threw for three at Riverbank High.
Howe (six carries, 87 yards) scored on a 1-yard pass, and he pulled in scoring throws of 3 and 15 yards from Coenenberg (4 of 14 passing, 60 yards). Coenenberg hit Noah Cedano (two receptions, 30 yards) with a 15-yard scoring pass and Mateo Salcido (11 carries, 106 yards) scored on runs of 2 and 50 yards.
Howe and Nicholas Rachel made seven stops apiece, Josiah Hopkins five with four each for Jack Bennedtti, Paul Hayter, Ernesto Cruz and David Espinosa. Nikki Crawford, Kaleb Nunes, Emma Redd and Lloyal Galtney all contributed on defense.
Lathrop Jr. Spartans 25, Ceres Jr. Bulldogs 0 (ff)
Ceres was forced to forfeit in the third period due to gross unsportsmanlike conduct.
Lathrop’s Logan Martinez returned an interception 58 yards for a touchdown and gained 82 yards on eight carries. Zyann Reyno (eight carries, 83 yards) added a 4-yard rushing touchdown and Johnny Silvas scored on a 5-yard run.
Martinez, Manuel Lupercieo and Carlos Gutierrez made six tackles, Carlos Rivera five and Johnny Silvas four. Reyno contributed on defense.

Manteca’s Quinnie Dunbar ran for two touchdowns.
Dunbar (eight carries, 124 yards) scored on 1- and 2-yard runs, Jayden Jordan (nine carries, 185 yards) scored on a 17-yard run and a 70-yard kickoff return, Dennis Jet Johnson (three carries, 68 yards rushing; 3 receptions for 56 yards) added a 41-yard touchdown run and Dre Johnson scored on a 3-yard run. A.J. Hines chipped in 84 passing yards.
Adrian Reyes made four stops for the Jr. Buffaloes with three apiece for Sir Fields and Jeremiah Silva. Anthony Carcamo, Wyatt Hernandez, Jakob Husband, Jayden Shortridge, Kaleb Diaz and Sebastian Borroga all contributed on defense.

Manteca’s C.J. Stevens ran for two touchdowns and 128 yards.
Stevens scored on runs of 3- and 48 yards behind six carries. Ruben Cedano (four carries, 54 yards) added a 4-yard touchdown run, a 30-yard field goal and a 50-yard interception return for a touchdown and A.J. Aguirre (four carries, 33 yards) added a 9-yard touchdown run.
Aguirre (fumble recovery) made nine tackles, Jayden Grimil and Ivan Torres six apiece, Stevens, Abel George, and Ronaldo Ruelas five each and Cedano with three.

Manteca’s Jeremiah Williams scored two touchdowns.
Williams (12 carries, 160 yards) tallied scoring runs of 48 and 80 yards, Harrison Catalano (four carries, 31 yards) added an 11-yard touchdown run and Michael Somera scored from 16 yards out.
Gilbert Maldonado and Jesse Arceo tallied six stops apiece for the Jr. Buffaloes and Michael Somera five. Kayden Edwards, Josiah Silva and Singh Tiger Singh all contributed to the defense.

Manteca’s Alejandro Hernandez amassed 255 all-purpose yards and three touchdowns.
Hernandez threw for 150 yards and ran for 105 yards rushing. Gabriel Gomes (70 yards rushing) and Adriel Cedano (80 yards rushing) added two touchdowns each.
Joel Castillo made five tackles for the Cowboys, Ayden Gonzales four and Aaron Hernandez (fumble recovery) three.

Lathrop’s Villiami Luakai and Josh Certuche each scored a touchdown.
Certuche (four carries, 41yards) scored on a 32-yard run and Luakai (six carries, 33 yards) added a 9-yard touchdown run.

Fryer (11 carries, 173 yards; 60 receiving yards) posted touchdown runs of 43 and 48 yards with a 60-yard touchdown catch from Malachi Wright (93 yards passing), Carter Louis (six carries, 91 yards) ran for a 65-yard score, Tate Gallardo pulled in a 25-yard touchdown catch from Wright and Jose Cortez Jr. added a 2-yard touchdown run.
Louis and Cortez Jr. made four tackles apiece, Kota Lang and Easton Franco three each with defensive contributions from Gallardo, Wright, and Fryer.

Austin Chaney (144 yards rushing) and Ezekiel Thompkins (56 yards rushing) each added a touchdown for the Cowboys.

Modesto Kingsmen junior varsity 36, Ripon Knights 20
Modesto outlasted Ripon at Ripon Christian High.
The Knights’ Robbie Nieweg was 8-for-18 passing for 182 yards with a 40-yard scoring pass to Tyce Thompson (four receptions, 66 yards) and one of 55 yards to Jharon Jackson (four receptions 96 yards). Brayden Camara (25 yards receiving, 51 yards rushing) scored on a 1-yard plunge.
The offensive line of Caleb Thoming, Aiden Loveall, Jase Blanco, Hudson Postma, Lorenzo Mariscal and Austin Brown performed well.
Ripon’s Eli Perez, made 12 tackles, Shooter Bruns and Adrian Anaya six apiece, Luke Sanders, Jharon Jackson and Daniel Teicheira four each. Keagan Heuvel, Postma, Caleb Thoming, Camara and Blanco all contributed on defense.

Ripon’s Mearl Thompson tallied three touchdown passes.
Thompson (5-of-6 passing, 81 yards) threw touchdown passes of 8 yards to Elijah Hernandez, 28 yards to Lucas Durao and 40 yards to Nikoali Gorbunoff. Eli Browne (four carries, 50 yards) scored on a 25-yard run, Jaxson Quilantang added a 5-yard touchdown run and Damyn Gonzales capped the scoring with a 20-yard touchdown run.
Nikolai Gorbunoff made eight tackles, Chase Johnson and Logan Stirrat six apiece, Damyn Gonzalez (fumble recovery) five, Colton Wegner four and Titus Brown three. Gabriel Ramirez snagged an interception and Emmett Yardy contributed to the defense.

Ripon’s Gunnar Gorbunoff, Nicolas Rangel and Grayson Campbell each posted a pair of touchdowns.
Gorbunoff gained 8 yards on five carries, Rangel added 65 yards on four carries and Campbell chipped in 35 yards on three carries. Hudson Browne (six carries, 96 yards), Hunter Camera and Mack Ward each added a touchdown, Bryson Ceniceros contributed to the offense and the offensive line of Maveric Johnson, Nicolas Pantoja, Benjamin Pantoja, Colston Silva, and Dane Van Horn dominated in the trenches.
Campbell made six tackles, Rangel four, Ben Holfman and Gil Rangel three and Nicolas Pentoja recovered a fumble. Jose Gonzalez, Mack Ward, Maveric Johnson, Jack Cardoza and Malachi Clayton contributed to the defense.
