PRESBYTERIAN: Please join Manteca Presbyterian Church this Sunday for Pastor Wendy Warner’s sermon “Is 490 Enough?” Music Minister Anne Talcott will be leading the Praise Team at the beginning of the service as well as directing the choir in the anthem, “How Great is Our God.” We would also like to invite you to stay and join us for refreshments in the Fellowship Hall immediately following the service. UNITED LUTHERAN: Join us Sunday, Sept. 6, for the traditional service at 8 a.m. and/or the contemporary service at 10:30 a.m. This week’s sermon will be “Stressed Out.” Communion will be served at both services. Nursery care is available for children 6 months to 6 years old. Wednesday nights we have a Divine Worship service at 6:30 p.m. Everyone is welcome. Starting Wednesday, Sept. 9 we will be having dollar dinners at 5:45 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 13 at 9:15 a.m. will be our kick off with Sunday school, youth activities and Bible studies. Calvary offers four Sunday services at 8:30, 9:45, and 11a.m. and 6 p.m. with children’s programs running at parallel times (6 p.m. Pre-School and Nursery only.) Sign language is offered at the 9:45 a.m. service at the front left side of the Worship Center.

ST. PAUL’S  UNITED METHODIST: St. Paul’s United Methodist Church will worship this Sunday at 10 a.m. in the church sanctuary located at 910 East North Street.  This Sunday Pastor Brandon Austin will be preaching a sermon entitled “Soul Spending” using Matthew 16:24-26.  Lisa Brown will lead the younger children in children’s church and nursery care is provided in a well-equipped room during the worship services.  At 9 a.m. there are classes for all ages.

The mid-week Wednesday Nite Lite begins at 6 p.m. with a potluck meal. At 6:30 we begin worship with singing, scripture, a message and prayer led by Pastor Brandon Austin followed by Faith Building and Interactive Learning at 7 p.m.
